During this time of quarantine, as the world is still in shock over the COVID-19 pandemic, Pope Francis invites us to embrace the Lord in order to embrace hope. Let’s come together as people of faith, hope and love.
This is a new age in the church as we adhere to social distancing. Let us keep ourselves away from any potential contaminated contact. However, social distancing and physical distancing does not mean spiritual distancing. Yes, it is true that we are not able to participate in public celebrations of the Eucharist. But we are left with one option to participate in the Holy Eucharist virtually and make a spiritual communion, rather than receiving the Holy Eucharist in person. The only church we can enter now is our own domestic churches.
In this difficult time, in an effort to share the love and grace of our Lord with you, I invite you to join me in my private celebrations of the Holy Eucharist by making use of online resources. Please sign into your

In conclusion, I would like to quote Psalm 46: 1-3
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth should change;
though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea;
though its waters roar and foam;
though the mountains tremble with its tumult.
Your brother in Christ,
Father Alex Saurianthadathil
